There is no intention of fixing this for the JBossAS 4.x series (btw, this is a JBAS issue not a JBJMX issue), because it requires a major redesign.

It should be fixed for JBoss 5, or if it isn't we can try to address it there, because the new MicroContainer has a much better view of the deployment details and dependencies.
