They are identical except for the addition of some annotations in the jboss-cache-jdk50.jar.  Other than the annotations, all the classes are compiled for JDK 1.4.  The jboss-cache-jdk50.jar is the one to use in the AS, as we want to allow users running JDK 5 to use the annotations.  JBC does not use the annotations directly; they are marker annotations used to trigger aop weaving of user classes prior to insertion in PojoCache.
