The interceptors and JTS mbean have been updated to allow the always propage context flag to be specified in the mbean.

Code has been committed in revision 8922

The default is to always propagate the context when running within the AS.  Disabling permanent propagation is achieved by adding the following to the definition of the JTS transaction manager MBean.

      <attribute name="AlwaysPropagateContext">false</attribute>
