Add support for creating ManagedObjects 

1) From annotations on classes
2) By overrides from xml/other mechanisms

Support different ManagedObject use cases, e.g. 
* flat model - simple 
* flattening model - multiple classes in (multiple) trees of object appear as one flat model
* sets/maps/collections etc.
* annotations
* etc.
