Summary: When a role is deleted, it still shows up in various pwermission screens.

How to repeat: Create a new role, assign the default portal 'view recursive' permissions for this new role, delete the role, check that permission screen for the default portal and find that the deleted role is still listed there.

What I expected: When a role is deleted, all associated permissions are removed
