PROBLEM When a bpel:uninitializedVariable fault is thrown, it does not log which variable was uninitialized. Further, logging of extraction and assignment of values is generally scarce. 

SOLUTION Log the uninitialized variables. Add extraction/assignment logs to all from/to variants.
