during a Socket refresh in the SocketServerInvoker Class (Method refreshServerSocket() ) sometimes a BindException occures.
The reason is that reuseAddress is set after the ServerSocket is bound. It is necessary to first create an unbound ServerSocket, then set reuseAddress and then bind the ServerSocket.
