Codebase: Portal trunk as of June 1, 2007

1. Login as admin
2. Go to dashboard
3. Swap Greetings place and CMS portlet ( I think that's what it is, if not then it's guy with binocular portlet :-))
4. These portlets overlap. I verified both in IE6 and the latest Firefox 1.5
