The fix done on JBAS-4487 for EJB2 and Web-apps needs porting from

org.jboss.ejb.plugins.AbstractTxInterceptorBMT 
to
org.jboss.ejb3.tx.BMTInterceptor

The EJB2 tests can be found in org.jboss.test.tm.test.BMTCleanUpUnitTestCase in the JBoss testsuite
