a fix would be:

   public void setExceptionListener(ExceptionListener listener) throws JMSException
   {
      ThreadContextClassLoaderChanger tccc = new ThreadContextClassLoaderChanger();

      try
      {
         tccc.set(getClass().getClassLoader());

         delegate.setExceptionListener(listener);
      }
      finally
      {
         tccc.restore();
      }
   }


or having AOP considering our scoping condition and changing their classLoader rules.
