IN the BRMS tests, I have a billarsurf.jar which has an object model for a surfwear companies (boards, swimmers) - I was thinking this could be the basis of a demo "app" (not really an app, just some rules that make decisions or calculations about that business). Kind of like a slightly more interesting pet store (or more interesting to me). 

We can then use this in all doco/screenshots etc.
