Maven deploy of artifacts to jboss maven2 repository
This will enable end users to use maven2 for building portlet artifacts

I have placed the request in the QA component because other build related issues are here,
In reality the request is more marked oriented or feature oriented, enabling Maven uses to access the portal easier.
