I went to apply this but the .classpath is incorrect. we don't need all the M2_REPO vars because they are all in the the plugin, which is specified with:
<classpathentry kind="con" path="DROOLS/JBoss Rules"/>	

I'm committing the pom for now, but won't add to parent pom until this is resolved.
