It is difficult to say. Maybe it was a problem in previous drools versions fixed in the new versions maybe?!
We have several test cases for indexing scenarios, but sometimes a very specific scenario escapes our tests.

Anyway, I'm closing the ticket for now, but if you get the problem again, plz reopen the ticket and let us know.
