As far as we know, this only happens with HSQLDB.  This database is not supported, so I imagine this is what we would tell the customer if they had this problem.

I obviously see the irony in the fact that we use HSQLDB as our test database but don't in fact support it.

At this point, I think we should add it to the badtests exclude list:  http://docs.jboss.org/process-guide/en/html/testsuite.html#testsuite-exclude-bad-tests
