Tim Fox updated JBMESSAGING-1133:
---------------------------------

    Description:
Set up DTF or JBM performance test framework as appropriate.

Define a set of simple tests which test JBM both clustered and non clustered.

The tests should exercise most common use cases.

Once setup it should be able to deploy the framework and run the tests on both:

1. The QA performance lab

2. The Red Hat perf lab shared with RHM

Clustered tests should include failover.

First step is to come up with a set of tests that we want to comprise our performance test suite, then to set up locally.

Once that is done can deploy on QA lab / RHM lab
