Thomas Heute commented on JBPORTAL-1777:
----------------------------------------
What would you suggest ?
Multiple -object.xml files should demark your transactions.
If you don't put this in a transaction you would loose consistency, what if the process breaks in the middle ?
Maybe i misunderstood the issue though :)

> JBoss Portal pages are added to Hibernate (and therefore the replicated cache) in a single transaction per deployment. When a deployment has lots of pages, this causes locking and/or replication timeouts for simultaneous startup/hot-deployment.
