Having to configure "useJK" for the JBossWeb service is redundant, since Engine.jvmRoute is null by default.  Treat having Engine.jvmRoute set as meaning JBossCacheManager should add the JvmRouteValve.  Allow override via JBossWebMetaData (jboss-web.xml).
