A new method was added to MetaDataRetrieval - getScopedRetrieval(ScopeLevel) - in order to make this more OO.
Fixed the implementation in AbstractMetaDataContext + made it more optimal for a single matching retrieval.
Added tests for MetaDataRetrieval's isEmpty and getScopedRetrieval.
