This is more or less done. TBD when I get back from holidays:

* Need xml for metadata and metadata-loader
* Determine if need xml and beans for loader-repository
* Need beans and xml for declare-error/warning
* ScopingAopTestCase needs fixing/reimplementing
* PrecedenceBeansTestCase and PrecedenceAOPTestCase fail when run with weaving due to some confusion about the names of the entries
