And where does this belong?  Current English docs reside in subversion alongside the code.  Not sure if we want all translations here as well since translations may be out of sync or a couple of releases behind.  E.g., the code is at version 2.1.0.Beta1, (and so is the English documentation) but given that we cut a public release ever couple of months, there may not be time for translations to catch up.

What would you suggest here?
