I was thinking about Ruleflow editing in the BRMS using DHTML. GWT's DnD provides basic support for rule flow elements however connectors would admittedly need to be an extension to GWT. I had a quick Google and there doesn't appear to be anything providing this function in the WWW ether. Doesn't Michael Neale have the AJAX toolkit development skills - I remember reading a blog about his uni project or something... ;-)
