XADatasource property names are not using the javabean convention

XADataSource properties are not following the javabean convention.
i.e.
<xa-datasource-property name="lower">value</xa-datasource-property>
should work with XADataSourceImpl.setLower()

Currently you have to capitalize the name "Lower" to make it work.

for the correct code to do this safely.
