Support added. As an example, run the StateExampleWithDynamicRules. In the event log we can see now:

If you look at the 3rd event in the log snippet above ( the rule activation ), it happens in consequence of the 2nd event that is the Rule addition to the rulebase.

The Audit View stopped working now, so, need to add such support to it.
