The upgrade from Remoting 2.2.0.GA to 2.2.2.GA is occasioned largely by a set of features and fixes for JBossMessaging 1.4. 

The further upgrade to 2.2.2.SP1 consists of fixes for JBREM-653 and JBREM-750.  The fix for JBREM-750 was supposed to go into 2.2.2.GA but was overlooked.  The fix for JBREM-653 is needed for ESB 4.2.1.

These fixes have been applied to the remoting_2_2_0_GA branch from which 2.2.2.GA was released.  As soon as the related unit tests pass on cruisecontrol, the branch will be tagged remoting_2_2_2_SP1.
