I had to implement my own custom content handler for decision tables in the brms and made the ContentHandler class in drools configurable using a new class, ContentManager, much the same way you implemented SelectorManager.  
 
I am including the new ContentManager class file, contenthandler.properties and updated ContentHandler class hoping you will incorporate this into the existing JBoss Rules product to make it more flexible.
