Actually according to http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPM-429 this issue has been already fixed in 3.2.2. But I don't see any changes neither in 3.2.2 nor in FishEye. It would be nice to rely on jira status and jBPM documentation. Please write me what kind of unit test are you expecting?
