Current localization support requires that each document be uploaded in every supported language. Current functionality does not allow a binary file to be changed. You have to delete the file and upload it again. Furthermore, you cannot delete just one language document; you have to delete all language versions. This is cumbersome when the binary files change over time.

The following enhancements are proposed:

1) Provide the capability to delete only one language document at a time.
2) Provide the capability to update a document without having to delete it.
3) Provide the capability to rename files that have been uploaded.
4) Provide the capability to export the folders, make changes to the individual documents locally, and import the zipped file.
