Add Unified invoker configured with servlet transport for EJB2 beans

In the same way that AS 4.0.x came with http-invoker.sar containing the 
configuration required to use the legacy HTTP invokers, we need AS 4.2.x+
to include the same thing using the unified invoker.

It's a matter of taking what I just did for http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=EJBOverHTTPWithUnifiedInvoker
and putting it into the AS. 

The main work would be deciding where within AS this should. I'll start a forum 
thread to discuss this.
