    Resolution: Done

Building the AS5 Testsuite with JDK 5 and running with JDK 6, Update 5 runs with no modifications to the test suite script or moving .jar files.   Condition to run AOP tests with JDK 4 has been removed.   Need JDK 5 minimally for building and that check is already in place.    Resolving this issue and will file separate test suite issues as needed.
