When hot-redelpoying a portlet, render parameters should be deleted

When a portlet is hot-redeployed, portlet session parameters are deleted (portlet session is destroyed) but render parameters are not (portal session is still running).

It may lead to some inconsistent state of the portlet and unexpected behavior while in development.
