DependencyPolicy needs to support supplies for ejb container jndi names and injection needs to demand container jndi names

Currently ejb container dependency through the DependencyPolicy is based on ejb3 container names. This does not work when references are to ejb2 beans. The ejb container dependency info should be based on the unique jndi name associated with the container. Consumers demand the jndi name and container declare they supply the jndi name.
