Enable NoCopyNested jar hadling by default

Enable NoCopyNested jar handling by default.
Behavior can be changed by explicitly setting system property jboss.vfs.forceCopy=true.
Or URI can have a query with useCopyJarHandler=true.
User can also use VFSUtils to set the Copy behavior on VirtualFile, see VFSUtils::enableCopy.
