The embedded configuration (org.jboss.ejb3.embedded) doesn't belong in the EJB3 core module and should therefore be removed.

Bootstrap and deployment of a standalone configuration should be handled in module that uses the microcontainer as a foundation and the EJB3 core module as a library.
