Description:
The above causes a traditional state transfer event to occur even if buddy replication is enabled, thus causing problems with replicating all state everywhere in addition to baking this state up.
This causes a further problem with inaccurate gravitation events since replicas are also maintained locally - but these replicas aren't updated by ReplicationInterceptor implementations since BR is enabled!
