If the deploymentScopeBaseName (==EAR name) is equal to the "jndi-name" specified by the bean provider, JNDI Collisions occur in the BasicJndiBindingPolicy as the name of the EAR is used as a base, and becomes an invalid subcontext as its already bound to the jndi-name.
