I still see this issue intermittently in 5.0.0.CR1 when attempting to hot deploy my ear.  Ales' last comment is not clear.  Is this something that the application implementation needs to do or is the fix embedded in JBAS?  Our application deployed fine in JB 4.0.2 and does not use a jboss-app.xml file in its manifest.

By 'intermittently' I can get this failure 2, 3 sometimes 6 times in a row, then, for whatever reason, deployment succeeds.

Also, when am I going to be able to NOT have to use hot-deployment.  There still appears to be deployment ordering issues in CR1.
