The names usage in ProfileService/DeploymentManager/DeploymentRepository is
inconsistent - sometimes we use simple name, full name, repository name, ...
This results in unpredictable behavior,
e.g. https://hudson.jboss.org/hudson/job/JBoss-AS-5.0.x-TestSuite-sun15/844/testReport/org.jboss.test.profileservice.test/ProfileServiceUnitTestCase(profileservice)/testDeploymentNames/
We should set strict rules on what names are allowed as parameters.
