We need the ability to control some of the ClientLauncher behaviors via command line arguments. The first two requirements are:
- externalize the setting of the Remoting.CLASSLOADING_PARENT_FIRST_DELEGATION_PROP system property via a -remotingDelgatesToTCL [boolean] argument
- Allow the client container classpath to have jar in addition to those specified via the client app jar and its references/ear lib via an -extraClassPath [path1,path2,...] argument
