Note that JBAS-5913 has resulted in a fairly big change in where things are done in HA-JNDI code.  The TreeHead class no longer exists.  The group RPC for cluster-wide lookups is now in the HAJNDI class, method lookupRemotely. That method is basically an extraction of the previous logic from TreeHead.
