The class org.jboss.web.tomcat.service.injection.WebResourceHandler
is using rg.jboss.injection.UserTransactionPropertyInjector
which actually injects an org.jboss.ejb3.tx.UserTransactionImpl

It should be using whatever is bound at java:/comp/UserTransaction
by the web container.
