Half of the deployment service tests seem to fail because of the move from jbossmq to JBM, since they are using some mq mbeans as test targest. The remain failures I couldn't figure out after a quick look.

I am pushing this to the next release because the templates need updating and it's also unclear if this prototype will be further maintained since equivalent functionality is/will be offered by the profileservice.

The profile service is still in docs/examples so we can see if there is still interest for it.
