A mismatch occurs when running with JDK 6 :
serialVersionUID error for javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException, 423 3948617580148536298, current: -104968645459360720

I'm going to add this to the badPackages for now but should we consider having JDK-specific .ser files?
