Large tables are not being split

The table id="Contents_of_deploy_directory-Contents_of_deploy_directory" has gotten very long, and it does not fit on a single page, but the pdf generation is not trying to split this table into multiple pages. The result is that the majority of the entries cannot be seen. See the attached image for an example.
