        Summary: Transition the app server module builds from buildmagic to maven.  (was: Replace the app server module builds with maven build output.)
    Description: The app server modules should gradually be transitioned from buildmagic to maven.  Each maven module should copy it's current target output to the correct location in the "output" directory.
