Ok, I am confused here.

Markust says it was "fixed" in SP1?? - Can you be more specific?

Howard- can you verify if the problem occurs in the Branch_1_4 code? If so, please can you write up a diagnosis. *do not* specifiy a solution at this stage.

AFAICT the current code should work. if it doesn't we need to know why not - specifics please.
