Merge JBoss AS 40 and 42 install scripts

The install scripts should be merged, if possible.
An approach to do so is to use the Specification-Version value on a AS jar Manifest file to extract the JBoss version number. From this number, the ant script could discover whether we are installing AOP on a 40 or a 42 AS.
