endless loop with NONE isolation level

if transaction isolation is NONE, and we do the following:
cache.put("/a", "k","v");
tx.beggin();
cache.remove("/a);
cache.put("/a/b");//here will be an endless loop
tx.commit()

The endless appears in the PessimisticLockInterceptor.lock, as needToReverseRemove is not called for NONE isolation level (method itself also needs changed to accommodate this)
