The issue is that it tried to do:
create table JBP_REG_PROP_DESC_USAGES (PK bigint not null, USAGE varchar(255) not null, IDX integer not null, primary key  (PK, IDX));

And on mysql, usage is a reserved keyword :-/ (So not related to HA but related to MySQL)

I change that column name to DESC_USAGE
