The EJB3 layer has a dependence on the JaccUtil class from the server module.  This util class needs to go as part of JBAS-5244. Since the ejb3 code base in trunk is in flux awaiting Carlo's proposed separation of ejb3 code base from AS trunk , I will note it here.
